Award-winning playwright, screenwriter and Deal resident, Nick Dear, who wrote the National Theatre’s hugely successful Frankenstein, shares insights into his career with one of the UK’s most widely-read film critics, Larushka Ivan-Zadeh, also a Deal resident. Dear’s achievements include the original BBC TV film about Beethoven’s Third Symphony, Eroica, a ground-breaking dramatisation of a moment in music history, which is screened at 4pm.
This talk lasts approximately 50 minutes.
